I am writing this while I watch the All Star game.  It is great to see and hear the compliments of past and present Royals players.  Something I have thought about the last several days is that as a Royals fan I hear a lot about how great the old Royals were.  It seems we are still living in 1985 and have not moved forward to 2009.  Don't get me wrong I am very proud of the past teams.  I was in attendance at both the 80 and 85 World Series games in KC.  I still remember debating on storming the field after the 7th game.  I guess my point is no matter how bad the recent Royals teams have been we still have to move on.  It is a great tribute the Royals have made of the past teams of the 70's and 80's, but we still have to support and talk about the current team.  I like using the saying "Attitude is Everything".  As a loyal Royals fan, Let's Go Blue!
